Curahee,
I am part of a group of
folks who are learning to be more self sufficient in preparing for what may come. We are just sticking
our toes into the water of this kind of training and your website is just the kind of thing i was hoping to come across.
More than i had hoped, actually. I know there isnt much new feedback, but I hope more folks have
been looking at, and taking to heart the good info you have here. I hope we put it to good use in practice,
but never have to use it in real world scenarios.
God bless and be safe,
Carter

Well, I’ve
been getting consistent feedback I’ve just been busy with other things. I tend to work on things
in spurts, and recent events (the attempts at gun grabs) have really made me want to step up my effort to get other people
“ready.” I’m glad to hear that you have friends getting in to this and taking it seriously.
Very glad that what I have done can be a help.

Hey there,
I came across
your website today and I just wanted to say that it is fantastic! I wish there were way more websites like this out on the
web. This day in age people have the idea that anyone who thinks there may come a day where average citizens will have to
stand up and fight for their freedom is mentally insane and dangerous. Not everyone who believes in stuff like this are crazy
conspiracy theorists and I wish there were more people like you who could put these survival tips out there for the world
to see without adding things about how the government will someday become insanely tyrannical (not saying it won’t)
and we need to learn how to fight back. It just makes people like us seem more credible when stuff like that is left out.
But anyway,
Thank you sir
for making this website it is very helpful and appreciated.

I have been reading (and
recommending to my compatriots) your website, to my likeminded friends, just in case the SHTF anytime soon. One
observation I would make to your tactical entry on "Light Discipline"...besides giving away positions, exposure
to light from ANY source...camp fire, headlights, flashlights... can seriously degrade night vision for up to an hour.
If you are in the boonies at night, especially if you plan to move or be on guard, you need the best natural night
vision that your eyes can adjust to. We were taught in the USMC (WAY back in the 1960s) to quickly look
away from a light source if you need to maintain good night vision. Feel free to confirm that with others
and include it on your website as you see fit. I'm in east Tennessee, and we're a fiercely independent
Libertarian crowd here, except for the usual left-leaning weenies at our various college campuses, so I suspect we'll mostly
do OK in this region if the going gets tough.

Thanks for the feedback.
I added the information you mentioned, just an example of small changes that come from my readers. I

Hope you and yours are well and as prosperous
as current atmosphere will allow. I note the site hasn't been updated in quite a while, and in this atmosphere,
that causes concern.
Regrettably, it appears more and more likely that all this will be coming to some sort of conclusion
before much longer, and I dread that thought. Unfortunately, you may not be interested in politics, but
politics is certainly interested in you!

Thought about
you tonight (hey in a good way lol) : If we have a major crisis, we won't have Internet, and now, I can't
live without your page man. Second place in my heart after the bible. :-) Why not sending us on your page
a PDF version of the web site???
Useful on idevices, ou blackberry in a survival situation.
I will never play airsoft the

Just wanted
to tell you I have been in the Militia over 20 years and I have not come across a site like this before. I came across it
a few months ago and I had to read every page it was great. Loads of useful information and it is in a easy to understand
format. You should know that I am making it required reading for all our new members as it will bring them up to speed on
the basics. Thank you sir for your hard work making this site happen. It is a great teaching tool that will help us have a
strong militia.

is a valuable tool for you and your members.

Hi, I just wanted
to let you know that I have found your website and youtube videos very helpful. I am recently getting into emergency preparedness
and tactical training, and have found your website as the all in one for the basics. It is very helpful, and I appreciate
the time you have put into it. It has been alot of fun practicing the shooting drills you describe, and even though I have
a long way to go to be prepared in all the categories you discuss, I feel like I have a better understanding of what is important,
and what isn't as important. Keep up the good work, and thank you so much for the great information. –

Hi,
Great website and I really look forward to your updates!
I noticed you're not carrying a one-handed
tourniquet such as a CAT or other. Something like a CAT is going to stop a serious bleeder on yourself before you lose consciousness
a lot faster and surer than Celox ever will.
I recommend you get at least one, prep it for one-handed upper arm
application, and stuff it in that bok.
I keep a CAT on my person at all times, plus another CAT and a Cav Arms PTK bok in my go-bag.
Best regards,
Dan

Thanks Dan.
I have always kept a CAT in my range bag, but recently added one to my chest rig. You give sound
advice, but carrying more stuff is always a trade off right?

I really enjoyed
reading your website and found it to be a good introductory with a good reading list As far as a reading
list goes, next to the Mini Manual of the Urban Guerrilla one of my favorites is the Handbook for Volunteers of the Irish
Republican Army. I really support what you are doing, the Jeffersonian Militia really needs to distance
ourselves from the black helicopter militias in the eyes of both the public and law enforcement. What we
need are American Hoplites.

I have been
searching since 2008 for just this kind of information and it has been a long hard struggle.
I ran across mrlockandload
via a friend and use to watch his video's on YouTube. Then he started his site which I have been a member of since it's inception
(my handle is JohnyMac). This past weekend, a friend who I met on MrL&L suggested that I check out your site and...well...I
was blown away. Your site has answered most of my questions still not answered.
If I was to offer one enhancement
is more info on communications, e.g. ham radio's; receivers, transceivers, etc. I am having a tough time finding anything
that could get a novice like me started in the right direction.
Good luck and again thank you for your site.

I would like to take the time to personally thank you for putting
together this website and for posting your videos on YouTube. Unlike many other "militia" sites, you offer realistic,
pratical advice, without the usual self-righteousness and vanity of other groups out there. My friends and I have found your

I hope to see

Dear Currahee,
You've packed a wealth of information in your site, you should
be very proud and American patriots should be very grateful for the knowledge you've helped pass on.
I would like to add your
site to our "links" page, if that's ok? Also, if that's alright, I'd like to ask if I might "cut and paste"
sections of your pages to our site (giving you full recognition for the content, of course). You have some keen insights on
training and I think our guys would benefit greatly.
If this is ok with you please let me know.
Thanks and God bless you
and yours,

Good Morning!
Thank you for the great website. I would like to make an observation. Many of
America's patriots are seniors or rapidly closing in on senior status. Their best days (health and fitness
wise) are behind them. The reality they face when viewing your site is they are not capable of marching
out and doing immediate action drills. They may have good or excellent firearms skills and, in many cases,
actual combat experience. But, they are no longer capable of going out on patrol or laying down covering fire for anyone.
Truth is the front line soldiering that you address in your site is mostly a young person's pursuit.
However, aging and fading physical prowess does not take anyone out of the struggle or remove their responsibilty.
There are many, many ways a seasoned citizen can fill a position in the national army of freedom. For
example: putting together line gear. I have built a kit with first, second and third lines - including
weapons and ammo. I can't hump this stuff for miles, or for that matter, even around the block.
But, this gear is seriously needed by those who can. So, as I built, I built two sets.
These two sets of gear can be passed to two younger, more fit individuals who can use them when they stand in the breach.
If I can build two sets and ten thousand of my senior friends across America can build two sets, now you have
a serious impact! A project like that could easily change the tide in a conflict. A
senior may be able to easily put together a kit that would seriously strain the finances of a young married couple with a
newborn just starting to get on their feet.
A seasoned citizen can teach younger
city dwellers the wilderness skills and urban skills that will become necessary when they are forced to live out of their
ruck for days or weeks at a time. I mean, think about it, how healthy and fit do you have to be to teach
a group of young patriots hand signals? Or discuss patrol techniques? Or the importance
of light discipline and how to use that discipline in an RON position? How to put together homemade MRE's
or even how to cook over an open fire?
If we are called to defend this country it is going to take each
and every one of us being there and playing a part for us to prevail. We all have a part to play and not
all soldiers are on the front lines.
Please keep this in mind as you write and in the links you post
and in the reading you recommend. Don't forget this huge segment of experienced soldiers that are out there,
ready to contribute. We need everyone and everyone can have a role.
Show them the way and give them the opportunity to serve. They will not let you down.
Just my unsolicited
two cents worth!
Thanks again,
Stumpy Pope

Howdy Currahee,
I just wanted to thank you for the straightforward,
no-nonsense skills and drills. Some sites are very hard to get through the fluff to find the good stuff. Every page on your
site is helpful and your videos are very professional and instructive.
I thought the following
link might be a good add for your page, as it has an actual instruction video for the Modern Army Combatives Program (MACP)
and the manuals. Very straight forward techniques designed for real-world applications. Also very down to earth, as the instructor
says... "the one who wins a hand-to-hand fight will be the one whose buddy shows up first with a gun."
Thanks,

Hello Currahee,
I came across your website
a few months ago and have been using it -- some really great articles, so thanks for doing all this. I'd
like to recommend that you add to your "links" section a link to this website: http://www.thesurvivalpodcast.com/
The site owner is a game named Jack Spirko, who does a semi-daily podcast about survivalism, and his podcasts have
been great. Keep up the good work on the site.

Thanks for the feedback. It's
always good to hear that someone likes the site! I have a couple of friends that are really into the survival podcast. I've
looked at them a bit and like them, I'm always pressed for time though. I will look at them again and probably put a link
up.

Glad you like the site.
I've put a lot of effort into it, and still have more to go (though it will take time as I''m bogged at work and running
combat matches at the moment.) I've really tried to put up usefull stuff with a complete absence of wasteful
BS. I'm not going to try to convince people over the internet to be prepared. This is
something people have to do for themselves. But I feel I do have things to offer for those that have already
decided to do so. I want no-BS stuff that applies to the common guy on the street.

Currahee,
I've been a lurker on AR15.com and other "survival"
forums for years. I'm often amused and sometimes frightened by some of those who purport to be "survivalists".
I've allways taken a more common sense approach to the problem at hand. That is,first most, how
to prepare myself to defend my family from harm and keep them fed during a crisis, and secondly serve to protect my country
if needed. I found your philosophy in training and preparation to closely parallel mine. I'd like to sincerely thank you for
your efforts. If only more people thought as you and I do...
P.S. I love the music on your YouTube video clips!!!!

I'm really glad

Sir,
First let me thank you for your effort and time putting together this page.
In our time being prepared for a SHTF scenario is not a myth anymore, in fact it is a necessity. Our
generation will live the transition from the "Oil Age" to "God Knows What Other Energy Source Age".
Unfortunately starvation, war and civil unrest may occur from this transition. The info in your
page is an asset for the common citizen.
I'm in the process of preparing myself and my family for a SHTF scenario. I've been
looking for months in the net, specially in ARFCOM, for this kind of information. I found your page looking
at your AK in a pic thread.
Your page is an awesome summary of all I was looking for. Please, keep up the great
work and stay safe.
Once again... THANK YOU SIR!

Dear sir,
I just wanted
to drop a line and tell you it was great to find the Every Citizen a Soldier website. Great to see someone finally putting
something like that up on the web. Ill assume your probably in your 30's or 40's maybe, we come from a different time . Alot
of the people today just don't realize how much danger there still is out there. In our time we had very real fears of the
soviets and chinease, today people just assume that all the threats are gone .I would say that America is more at risk today
than ever before(enemies foreign and domestic).I just want to say thank you for taking the time to enlighten people and remind
them its up to us as citizen soldiers.
Response…
Thanks for the compliment and I’m glad you like it.
I agree, I think we are more in danger today than back during the cold war (when I grew up and did my soldiering.)
I also think that the threats, internal and external, are more in line in what the citizen soldier was meant for.
