I would like to
take the time to personally thank you for putting together this website and for posting your videos on YouTube. Unlike many
other "militia" sites, you offer realistic, pratical advice, without the usual self-righteousness and vanity of
other groups out there. My friends and I have found your information very useful in helping coordinate and focus our efforts
towards becoming Jeffersonian militiamen.
I hope to see more updates on your site soon.

Thanks, it's e-mails like this that motivate me to not only train myself but
to improve this website to help others. I also like the term "Jeffersonian Militiaman," I'm going to
use that!

Dear Currahee,
You've packed a wealth of information in your site,
you should be very proud and American patriots should be very grateful for the knowledge you've helped pass on.
I
would like to add your site to our "links" page, if that's ok? Also, if that's alright, I'd like to ask if I might
"cut and paste" sections of your pages to our site (giving you full recognition for the content, of course). You
have some keen insights on training and I think our guys would benefit greatly.
If this is ok with you please let
me know.
Thanks and God bless you and yours,
Jeff

Good Morning!
Thank you for the great website. I would like to make an
observation. Many of America's patriots are seniors or rapidly closing in on senior status. Their best days (health
and fitness wise) are behind them. The reality they face when viewing your site is they are not capable of marching
out and doing immediate action drills. They may have good or excellent firearms skills and, in many cases, actual combat
experience. But, they are no longer capable of going out on patrol or laying down covering fire for anyone. Truth is
the front line soldiering that you address in your site is mostly a young person's pursuit.
However, aging and fading physical prowess does not take anyone out of the struggle or remove their responsibilty. There
are many, many ways a seasoned citizen can fill a position in the national army of freedom. For example: putting together
line gear. I have built a kit with first, second and third lines - including weapons and ammo. I can't hump this
stuff for miles, or for that matter, even around the block. But, this gear is seriously needed by those who can.
So, as I built, I built two sets. These two sets of gear can be passed to two younger, more fit individuals who can
use them when they stand in the breach. If I can build two sets and ten thousand of my senior friends across America
can build two sets, now you have a serious impact! A project like that could easily change the tide in a conflict.
A senior may be able to easily put together a kit that would seriously strain the finances of a young married couple with
a newborn just starting to get on their feet.
A seasoned citizen can teach younger city dwellers
the wilderness skills and urban skills that will become necessary when they are forced to live out of their ruck for days
or weeks at a time. I mean, think about it, how healthy and fit do you have to be to teach a group of young patriots
hand signals? Or discuss patrol techniques? Or the importance of light discipline and how to use that discipline
in an RON position? How to put together homemade MRE's or even how to cook over an open fire?
If we are called to defend this country it is going to take each and every one of us being there and playing a part for us
to prevail. We all have a part to play and not all soldiers are on the front lines.
Please
keep this in mind as you write and in the links you post and in the reading you recommend. Don't forget this huge segment
of experienced soldiers that are out there, ready to contribute. We need everyone and everyone can have a role.
Show them the way and give them the opportunity to serve. They will not let you down.
Just my unsolicited two cents worth!
Thanks again,
Stumpy Pope

Thanks
Stumpy, I've since tried to correct the weakness you found in my page.

Howdy Currahee,
I just wanted to thank you for the straightforward, no-nonsense skills and drills. Some sites are very hard
to get through the fluff to find the good stuff. Every page on your site is helpful and your videos are very professional
and instructive.
I thought the following link might be a good add for your page, as it has an actual instruction
video for the Modern Army Combatives Program (MACP) and the manuals. Very straight forward techniques designed for real-world
applications. Also very down to earth, as the instructor says... "the one who wins a hand-to-hand fight will be the one
whose buddy shows up first with a gun."
Thanks,

I'm truly glad you like the site. I decided to build it after years of searching through sites with exactly
the problems you mention. Keep looking, I get new stuff up as fast as I can. I will give the site a look.

Hello Currahee,
I came across your website a few
months ago and have been using it -- some really great articles, so thanks for doing all this. I'd like to recommend
that you add to your "links" section a link to this website: http://www.thesurvivalpodcast.com/ The
site owner is a game named Jack Spirko, who does a semi-daily podcast about survivalism, and his podcasts have been great.
Keep up the good work on the site.

Thanks for the feedback. It's always
good to hear that someone likes the site! I have a couple of friends that are really into the survival podcast. I've looked
at them a bit and like them, I'm always pressed for time though. I will look at them again and probably put a link up.

Love your site. Its a no BS training and teaching thing based on experience. Too many militia sites are cut and pasted
silly graphics and the same info over and over again.

Glad you like the site. I've put a lot of effort into it, and still have more to go (though it will take time
as I''m bogged at work and running combat matches at the moment.) I've really tried to put up usefull stuff with a complete
absence of wasteful BS. I'm not going to try to convince people over the internet to be prepared. This is something
people have to do for themselves. But I feel I do have things to offer for those that have already decided to do so.
I want no-BS stuff that applies to the common guy on the street.

Currahee,
I've been a lurker on AR15.com and other "survival" forums for years. I'm often amused and sometimes frightened
by some of those who purport to be "survivalists". I've allways taken a more common sense approach to
the problem at hand. That is,first most, how to prepare myself to defend my family from harm and keep them fed during a crisis, and
secondly serve to protect my country if needed. I found your philosophy in training and preparation to closely parallel mine.
I'd like to sincerely thank you for your efforts. If only more people thought as you and I do...
P.S. I love the
music on your YouTube video clips!!!!

I'm really glad you've enjoyed the site. In "survivalism" one of the things people often overlook
is how to defend what you have. In hard times you only have what you can keep.

Sir,
First let me thank you for your
effort and time putting together this page. In our time being prepared for a SHTF scenario is not a myth
anymore, in fact it is a necessity. Our generation will live the transition from the "Oil Age" to "God
Knows What Other Energy Source Age". Unfortunately starvation, war and civil unrest may occur from this transition.
The info in your page is an asset for the common citizen.
I'm in the process of preparing myself and my family
for a SHTF scenario. I've been looking for months in the net, specially in ARFCOM, for this kind of information.
I found your page looking at your AK in a pic thread.
Your page is an awesome summary of all I was looking for.
Please, keep up the great work and stay safe.
Once again... THANK YOU SIR!

Thank you Doc, positive input keeps
me going. I decided to put this site together after years of looking around the web for something similar and having
to learn a lot on my own and gleen it from other sites (like ARFCOM.) I’m trying for a fact filled, meaningful
site.

Dear
sir,
I just wanted to drop a line and tell you it was great to find the Every Citizen a Soldier website. Great to see
someone finally putting something like that up on the web. Ill assume your probably in your 30's or 40's maybe, we come from
a different time . Alot of the people today just don't realize how much danger there still is out there. In our time we had
very real fears of the soviets and chinease, today people just assume that all the threats are gone .I would say that America
is more at risk today than ever before(enemies foreign and domestic).I just want to say thank you for taking the time to enlighten
people and remind them its up to us as citizen soldiers.
Response…
Thanks for the compliment and I’m glad you like it. I agree, I think we are more in danger today than
back during the cold war (when I grew up and did my soldiering.) I also think that the threats, internal and external, are
more in line in what the citizen soldier was meant for.
